Too bad there is no seasons in TS3 (yet?), otherwise Winter Fantasy would look really nice in the snow.

It's suitable for a family of 4+.



It has 1 master suite, a nursery, 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, a living room, another living area on the first floor, open kitchen and dinning room, an exercise room with a shower, and a guest room contains 2 single beds built separate from the main house for your guests to sleep over. A game room in the attic, you can convert it to a bedroom or anything you want it.

2 garages, and a garden, there's also a corner on the deck for your sims to stargaze.



I've played and tested it, there shouldn't be any problems but if there is any, please let me know.
