It has 1 master suite, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and dinning room, living room, front garden for your sims to plant, 2-car garage, and a pavilion/gazebo (I'm not sure what to call it ^^
for fishing and resting purpose.
I have used some items bought from TS3 store. I think they'll be replaced by base game objects if you haven't got them.
