Nines Rodriguez is a vampire of the Brujah-clan that lived through the Great Depression, Nines is the virtual leader of the Anarchs in downtown L.A. and elsewhere. Many other vampires view the ambitious spokesmen of the Anarchs as the leader, allthough he does not consider himself the leader of the Anarchs, the Anarchs view him as leader. He is focused, ambitious and has a very strong hatred for political systems of any sort, especially against the Camarilla.
He is good to his friends and once you know him he is like a big-brother, a buddy you can count on. His close friends are Smiling Jack , Damsel and Skelter.
