Once here lived Joseph Mc Simora with his wife Elisabeth, his two daughters Josephine & Mary and his son Jonathan.
Joseph Mc Simora was a tyrant and it was not easy for his family to live with him.
One day, after a violent controversy, Jonathan Mc Simora final left the house and engaged themselves to sea.
After this, the old Mc Simora stayed each evening for hours in his bedroom and look out to the lighthouse and to the ship that will bring home his son.
But Jonathan never come back again and so the old Mc Simora died one day with a broken heart.
Later, Elisabeth sold the property and moved to live with her daughters in the City.

Some of the next owners reportet that sometimes they could hear such things like sobbing or crying from the last floor in the evening.

But now nobody inhabits the old property for many years.

Perhaps the ghost of the old Mc Simora stays still in this house...find it out!

The property consist of a ground floor with a large entry area, a kitchen, a living room with fireplace, a bedroom and a toilet with wash basin.

On the first floor is a further bedroom, a bathroom (with shower and bath tub) and a separate toilet with washbasin.

On the highest floor, directly under the roof is a bedroom again.

The property is surround from a large garden that after so many years requires some care.

The view is unique, in beautiful weather you can look far to the sea and to the lighthouse.
