Miss Nanette is a retired teacher.
She was never married and had children.
After school she always helped many children from the neighbourhood with the homework.
But now, with 92 years, she feels too old for the maintenance of her house and the garden.
She found a nice place in a seniors rest-home and would like to sell her house to a nice little family.
