2 Putnam Place - No CC!

Putnam Place is a street filled with beautiful homes on 2x2 lots. All houses on the street are two stories, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. They are all under 20k, though they look as if they cost way more!

This house is very spacious, with tons of extra space to work with. It is made in a Victorian style, and is furnished with neutral colors. The interior has a unique design, with a somewhat open living/dining/kitchen area. There is currently a half bath on the first floor, and a full bath on the second floor. Both the master bedroom and a child's bedroom are located on the second floor. There is room upstairs for a playroom, study, or whatever you decide the space is suited best for Enjoy!

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
