After being escorted into the house by their new neighbors, Brenda and Greg first see a beautiful grand staircase in front of them. The large open kitchen/dining/living room is all painted in a welcoming light green color, and floored with hardwood. The kitchen has high-quality counter tops, and an adorable eating area looking out onto the front garden. The new neighbors took Brenda and Greg into the living room, where they sat upon an expensive-looking (and comforable!) sofa, with their feet resting on a custom-made carpet.
The tour continued by going up the staircase to the left, where they entered a child's room. Brenda and Greg were unable to tell whether the child was a boy or a girl, since the room was decorated in a pretty blue unisex color. From there, a doorway led into the common bathroom situated between the child's room and the parents' room. The bathroom was painted a very sunny yellow color, giving the whole room a warm feeling. The door on the opposite side of the bathroom led to the master bedroom, where a beautiful queen-size bed sat in front of two windows. Although there was no dresser, there was room for one at the end of the bed. Another door from the bedroom led out onto a deck, with a unique kind of raised garden. Brenda longed to set up a chair on this deck, and just sit and read a good book in the shade of the house. Going back into the bedroom, a second staircase led back down into the great room. Brenda and Greg walked out the door, both still amazed by the lovely house they had just seen. "Stop by any time for a cup of coffee!" the homeowners called out. Brenda and Greg looked at each other and knew that they would definitely be back.

-*The driveway shown is just a mock driveway, the real one was deleted to save money. Since this is a starter home anyway, I doubt your sims will have enough money for a car right away. However, this fake driveway looks nice while your sims save money, and the new driveway can be placed on top of the old one.*
I have been working on this house for a long time now, and I really think it turned out quite nice. This is probably my favorite sims home that I have ever made, so I hope everyone else likes it too! Comments are greatly appreciated

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
