Dream de Reniassace is perfect for your very very rich sims who can actually live thier dream of indulging themselves in complete luxury. Some luxuries inlude: a private beach around the back of the house, huge pool, wrap around 2 level deck in the back of the house, and beautiful gardens. The mansion is decorated lavishly in all rooms, and is perfect for your large families, or families who have freequent guests. The house also has a bar, which makes it perfect for throwing extravigant (or wild) parties on the weekends.

This house i used only base game furnishings so you don't need to download anything. I did use quite a bit of 'moveobjects' on this house, but i tested everything and it DOES work.

I strongly sugjest using the 'freerealestate' cheat to move your sims in unless you have sims that have almost 500,000 similions lying around somewhere, which i may be wrong, but i highly doubt.
