Penthouse level/Guest house:

The Penthouse level/Guest house can be rebuild as 2nd floor, if your Sim family is a bit bigger

Outside your Sims can relax, BBQ, or swim in the pool.
In the garden house your Sims can sit, look over the relaxing garden, or play chess.
