This is the "starter" version of my Simplicity lot...Well, it's actually more of the 'baby' version of Simplicity considering it's too expensive to be a starter lot. Anyways, this house is designed for a single couple as it only features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. This house sits on a 30x30 sized lot and costs $76,430 furnished and $42,704 unfurnished.
