I would like to present my new house Toscanella Estate - it's is my first creation in the category of sims 2 - . I hope you like it!

My favourite part of this beautiful home is the garden with dozens of flowers.
But don't worry about the watering!
(Lots of sprinkler are placed )

Description of the rooms

Bedrooms: 3
You can find them
on the second floor.

Bathrooms: 3
Third bathroom is
separated from the toilet,
so two sims can use shower
and toilet at the same time.
