I was playing around with google when i happened upon some interesting floor plans,
after a lot of time, many cups of tea and much head scratching i bring you

12 Sugerland Ridge


this is a perfect starter home for your little simmies or even a fantastic retirement cottage for your elder simmies
it has a quaint living room


a double bedroom


and a small patio area for quiet days in the sun,

what more could your sims ask for?

this was made on a 2x2 maxis lot using all maxis content,
I built this using Numenors anygamestarter running UNI,NL,OFB,Pets
