Custom Create A Sim (CAS) - Recolor of CAS Room

Recolors of objects are done in bright colors.
Behind the window is visible the Eiffel Tower
Important: my custom recolored CAS will override default game CAS.
It will be applied as soon you have entered "Create A Sim".
