This is a 3x3 lot for the Sim family that just needs to get away from it all!

The lot consists of a main building and 5 cabins / bungalows. Each cabin has two floors with a small living area downstairs including television and radio as well as plenty of reading material. Upstairs Sims will find 3 cozy beds and a dresser. Not a luxury hotel, this lot, simply a place for the family to spend time together. Each cabin also features its own fenced patio area for relaxing and easy access to a grilling area for Sims who prefer the “cooked out” taste.

The main building also has two floors with the first floor housing a full kitchen and dining room seating as well as phone booths for Sims who need to “phone home”. Also on the first floor of the main building are men’s and women’s bathroom / shower facilities, open 24 hours.
Upstairs in the main building, teen Sims not into “the family thing” and Sims just looking for some fun will find a full game room with pinball, video games, big screen television and other distractions. Younger Sim-blings will find a sandy play area outside with swings and plenty of bugs to entertain them!

NOTE: This lot is undoubtedly “contaminated” with many hacks and mod objects, including re-colors, so the purists among you will want to steer clear.
