The Posh Estate

This is a mid sized lot I have named "The Posh Estate". It was created for my Sim family, Paul and Penelope Posh, two high rolling Sims living on the edge, on the continent and on lots of credit cards, but they're having a ball!

The estate consists of a four story house and two "party decks", one with a transparent dance floor and disco mod matching lighting and furnishings and the other housing a hot tub and lounging area, pluse a well stocked snacking center.

The main house consists of roughly 12 rooms (depending on your definition of a "room") and houses one master bedroom with master bath (which also features it's own private patio lounge), two singles bedrooms with bathroom, a full kitchen and dining/banquet room, a nursery (for when, as Penelope says, "Gawd forbid we are blessed with a little bundle of debt!"), a game room, a workout room and a rooftop deck fully equiped for a Posh BB-Q and evening of entertaining, hot tub and all.

The house is completely furnished, but there has not been a lot of "decoration" done, so some rooms are not completely environmentaly friendly yet. Additionally, windows are lacking any window treatments. The central hall areas of the house feature a fireplace on each floor with a small seating area. Multiple deck areas surround the building on most floors.


NOTE: I used several recolor objects, downloaded walls, etc. in the building of this lot, and I have many of the hacks found here on MTS2 installed, but I have tried to strip absolutelyEVERYTHING from the lot with the clean installer. If some of the color choices look odd or don't seem to match, I suppose that this could be why. I THINK I iwas careful in my actual building to not use any hacks that would "mess up". Also note, Paul and Penelope are NOT included in the lot. I only uploaded the picture of them becuase they insisted!
