Hello everyone... This home is my biggest (and best) yet. I built it a little while back during the "re-vamping" age of Riverview. The house is an absolute MONSTER in both size and price, as it topples over $1,000,000 simloans. There are many courtyards through out the property, and extensive gardens. The garages are in architectural designs that are both functional and appealing to the eye. Also, the home features over 2,000 square feet in the "Outdoor Home", which is an obnoxiously sized triple-floor loggia located at the back of the home. It was put there to maximize the views on the lot; I recommend you put it on a river, like how it is in my game. That way, when your sim wakes up from sleeping in their luxury master bedroom, they can walk out the double doors onto the 2nd floor of the "Outdoor Home", and enjoy coffee made fresh from the "in-suite" kitchen in the 2nd outdoor living room. Whew, that was a long sentence. Having guests? Have them stay in the Guest House, which is on-site next to the main house. Anyhow, I don't think I can emphasize how great this house is. It is my all-time favorite [until the next one]. Anyhow, here are the facts:

Here are some scenarios you may ponder on within the next few minutes...

Question: What happens if I host a large dinner party? How many people can I hold?
Answer: Believe it or not, you can sit down 34 guests, each with their own seat and table (or island counter), and probably whip up a good meal with a number of chefs in your huge gourmet kitchen.

Question: And If some of those guest are staying for the night?
Answer: Assuming they all want a bed, you could house 16 guests. There are 8 bedrooms, and each room has either a double bed or two single beds. If you want some guests to sleep on couches, you can fit the whole town, if you want!

Question: When I have my extended family over, or just a bunch of friends, what is there to do, that would please everyone?
Answer:Well, you have 13 TVs in the house, 8 of which are in the Media room, which can conveniently hold 8 people on the seating area, Your bookworm friends and ponder over 30 bookshelves, your tired (or drunk) friends could sleep on one of many beds, and your inspired cooks can cook at any of the 5 kitchens strategically placed around the house(s). Sounds good, right?
