Sky Cottage is a 4 bedroom 4 bath with a laundry room, open floor dining and living, kitchen with breakfast nook, a swing set in the back for the kids and a barbecue with sitting and pool area. as well as a fully decked out garage!

The house was play tested by a couple friends of mine and everything seems to work.

I set it up for a cat and dog but it can easily be changed for your needs.

I didn't build this one on foundation so it doesn't have a basement. but I your want a foundation/basement version I can make it but only if enough people ask!

Just a side note: one of the play testers said that the train paint can be alittle odd when placed on a bigger or uneven lot so may need to fix it when placed.
