Regalo de Victorian - A Victorian Gift. A 3 bedroom, 3 bath Victorian style house with extra rooms suitable for converting to more bedrooms if needed.

CC: This house contains many handcrafted patterns, including several of my favorite Sims 2 patterns from my collection, converted to Sims 3. After many hours of trial and error, I discovered that including more than a few custom patterns on a lot makes the lot too big to share on the Sims 3 Exchange. I may share a stripped down version there, but MTS will have the full house the way it was intended to be seen due to their generous upload size policies. Thank you!
