This is a tomb for World Adventures. As such, it requires the World Adventures EP to work.

ABOUT THIS TOMB

This is my first full featured tomb. It's been tested both repeatedly by my sims and by numerous beta testers. (It had about 500 downloads during its beta test, although only a few gave feedback after running through the tomb.)

It's my intent that this particular tomb be about the same difficulty as the harder EA tombs. This means it should not be particularly hard to complete given enough time. Some hidden rooms will have visual clues, others may be harder to notice but they aren't essential to complete the tomb. Teleportation is not required to complete it, although it can shorten or bypass some of the challenges.

Note that the screen shots below show only a small part of the tomb. It has several levels of challenges in addition to the garden which isn't shown below.

TEAMWORK REQUIRED

Although the difficulty of this tomb should not be harder than EA's, it does have one twist that is missing from the EA tombs: It's built with the assumption you have two sims completing it. Most of the challenges play into this theme. You won't be able to get very far with only one sim, even if that sim can freely teleport.

THE TREASURE

There is plenty of treasure in this tomb, but the biggest treasure comes at the end: an underground garden filled with all the plants available in the game at perfect quality. Harvest them and plant them at home. There are omniplants ready to be harvested with each of the catchable fish and creatures, and these are also perfect quality. You'll find a large cache of perfect life fruit, and some perfect death fish and death flowers. There's also the recipe to Ambrosia. In short, if you've got a level 10 cook, you'll be set with Ambrosia for a very long time. Finally, a bunch of money trees have dropped seeds.

A NOTE ABOUT THE PEDESTALS

Unfortunately some of EA's tomb building tools have bugs in them, and treasure spawners, in particular, don't seem to work without waiting a few days for the treasure to respawn. Instead of using treasure spawners, I've put all the treasure in treasure chests, on pedestals, or in wall holes. Because of this, treasure on pedestals must be collected by clicking the pedestal instead of the treasure itself.

Q: How did you get perfect plants, and place them underground?

This lot started out as a residential lot with a gardener planting the plants above ground. I then moved the plants below ground with the moveobjects cheat.

Q: What about the omni-plant? How did you get seeds that would enable you to get perfect omni-plants, the mail order always gives me normal quality seeds.

That was one of the hardest one of the plants to get perfect. When you first do the opportunity to get the omniplant, you get some omniplant seeds. Unlike the mail order seeds which are always 'normal' quality, these first seeds vary. I got one 'outstanding' seed, and duplicated it many times. Then I had a gardener with a super-green thumb plant the seeds to get perfect plants.

The way you can duplicate any object in the game is to create save a lot to the lot-bin and then place it multiple times. So you can start with 1 seed, put it on a lot and place that lot 5 times, and you have 5 seeds. If you then do the same thing with the 5 seeds, you'll end up with 25 seeds, etc.
