One of the things in miss in the Sims 3, is the university. So I decided to build a house for students. Of course, you can't send your sims to the university, but I have four sims, who work parttime and like to party a lot, so this house is perfect for them.
This house was inspired by 3 houses I saw in particular, the Multimodern house by EA, the Augustusmaan house by EA (I've got the Dutch version, so I don't know the English names) and the Modern Dream House by fling-89.
Lot size: 30x20 (however, you can place it on bigger lots, too)
There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living/diningroom, a kichen, a basement for bicycles and a swimming pool.
The house was built with the base game with patch 1.8.25.003002
