This is a two story house + basement built in stone and wood. Suitable for lot´s with the view away from the street.





Masterbedroom with an ensuit is located in the basement together with two smaller guestrooms, a bathroom and the TV-area.

On the groundlevel floor we´ve got the diningarea, kitchen, study/office, a bathroom and the livingarea.

Up in the attic, there´s a small appartment (except a kitchen) for those teens that wanna live alone but are too young to move out. It´s got a bathroom, study, tv and of course a bed. The entrance is via a stair on the outside of the house. (actually to save space inside but as a bonus, it increases the appartment-feeling).

Lot Size = 30 X 20

Cost furnished = 119 500
Cost unfurnished = 62 000



NOTE: Sandstone House M 1.1 is the updated version, uploaded 15´th feb. The problem to reach the basement is now solved.
