Not quite granny's house, Sophie is a small single storey garden cottage with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms (the .5 being the outdoor loo and sink), combined dining/kitchen, cozy lounge with fireplace, BBQ and entertaining area, a manageable veg patch, space for a car park, swing and bicycle with bike rack. Burglar and fire alarms fitted.

This little house ideal for any greenthumb/vegetarian Sims in your neighbourhood. :D
