A small, tucked away corner of a Parisian neighbourhood, complete with its own cozy café. Louis's café is the central residence of this lot, consisting of 1 cozy bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, a cute little kitchen and dining room, and a juice bar/coffee bar on the ground floor. The café terrace is surrounded by apartments (vacant) and shop premises (vacant) and car parking for two cars.

Perfect for the inner city Sim (or couple) who enjoy socialising and entertaining.

The apartments are ready for additonal Sims to move into although they are without furniture or decor and require any newly moved in Sims to "lock" the main entrance to their abode in order to enjoy their privacy, as well as to keep the main residents of Café de Louis to their own facilities.

I hope that we have more options in terms of community lot objects in coming expansion packs, so that the shop premises can be better utilised.
