Here is my new living room, i dont know why i called it New York, maybe becase last one was Chicago, i don't know.
So, it's consist of sitting part (arm-chair) part around the TV, TV, table lamp and corner. Corner connects two sitting part and it is made as coffe-table since there is no point creating it as chair when you can't sit in corner.

you will will have to enter "moveobjects on" in console window (press shift+ctrl+c to open console window) to put some stuff
in download section you have two archives.
First one contains files in .package format and you will need TS3 Install Helper Monkey to install
Secound one contais files in .sims3pack and you can install them with Sims 3 launcher
