Puggle Farm - a cozy farm home

Inspired by a new (local) Aussie tv show called "Gourmet Farmer", Puggle Farm is a small-sized, 3 storey farm house with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, storage shed/nectar making facility, fully stocked fishing creek, combined kitchen and dining, cozy lounge area with fireplace, fruit orchard, vegetable plot, bbq and bench and cottage garden landscaping. Also has skill building painting easel and chess board. There is room at the front for a car space. All of this for under 80,000 simoleons! :D

This lot is ideal for any green thumb, vegetarian, angler type Sims couple or family in your neighbourhood.

Important!: the arched bridge functions when you direct your Sims to use it, otherwise they tend to run around the creek to reach the front door. After fair bit of play testing, I am not sure what causes this confusion in the Sims' path choice other than the entire building itself having been built on an angle.
