Sandstone House XS 3

This is the third house in the Sandstone-series. At only 15.000 Simoleans, it´s a starterhome for one person. Very small, but still got the Sandstone-features, such as the fireplace with open ceiling and the big window.

However, in order to get the costs down, the interior is on the low-low. So go out there, get that job and start your own home makeover

Ooh, and one more thing. Since I was trying really hard to keep the size of the house to a minimum, the bathtub is out in the back of the house. You might wanna get a roof above it before winter...





Cost furnished = 14.991
Cost unfurnished = 12.500

Lot Size = 30 X 40

The lot was built on 36 Sim Lane on wich it suits quite nice but it will probably work fine on other lots as well. A good thing with the 36 Sim Lane is the surroundings with much trees and stuff...
