This four level villa is mostly dug into the ground, trying to give a modest impression towards the street. It does however includes a whole lot of nice features such as cinema, gym, partyarea with a huge terrace and a nice guesthouse.

Lotsize: 40 X 20. The lot must be placed according to the picture for the house reach it´s potential. That means Sunset Valley is the town... I´ve tried to find a suitable location in Bridgeport but I couldn´t...
