I finally got around to make a Bridgeportversion of my "Modern Dark Villa". The previous version were only suitible for Sunset Valley since that one was a souterrainhouse (spelling?) and Bridgeport doesnt supply many souterrainlots. I found one however and made an entirely new house on it.




Basement:
- Two bedrooms with a great view
- Guestbedroom
- Bathroom
- TV-area
- Laundryroom
- Storageroom

First floor:
- Entrence
- Kitchen
- Diningarea
- Lounge
- Terrace

Second floor:
- Masterbedroom with walk-in closet
- Bathroom
- Library / Office
- Big balcony with retractable sunroof

The house also got a poolarea adjecent to the house also with a retractable sunroof.

Cost furnished: 179.000 $
Cost unfurnished: 108.000 $


Purpousebuilt for:
152 Windsor Drive
The current lot must be erazed and replaced with a 35X25 lot according to the attached picture.
