This is my first house in a looong time.
I'ts a Mediterranean styled villa, (if you haven't noticed, I love the Med. design, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is currently converted into a second living room. The house comes with a Great room with fireplace and large french doors that overlook the pool and patio separated by arched doorways is a large kitchen and dining area.
There is 1 covered porch, 2 balconies, (one overlooking pool), and a large glass covered pool area that has an extra full bath, a grill and sitting area, Florida style. Outside the property is completely landscaped with palms, a rock driveway and a spa. As you go inside the home is fully furnished and decorated with a "mexican meets luxury" style.
You will really like this upscale villa as it is big enough for a family of four yet compact enough to run on a slow computer.
THIS HOME ONLY REQUIRES THE SIMS 2 TO PLAY, NO EXPANSION PACKS.

The sofas in the pictures are not included. They are the Arizona set by Holy Simoly, just in case you want to know where I got them. I replaced them with another very nice in-game set.

Cost is 150,000. The lot is hack free.
