A house is a home, after all, and home should be an escape from the daily grind. Surrounded by a natural flower garden and a small pond, 126 Mirabella Road is the perfect escape from everyday life into a quaint world of flowers and simple pleasures.

Unfurnished, it is a starter. It was originally going to be a starter when furnished too, but I stupidly forgot that starters are 16,500 instead of 20,000 in Sims3. Either way, it doesn't take long for a new sim to be able to afford it.
