A little time back I did this house for my niece. She wanted to create an industrial area in her neighbourhood and this house was orignally painted with old, dirty grid metal, no plants ..... It was buildt over grid steam pipes.

Well, I changed a few things and I think it fits in a modern neighbourhood. The basics are as follows:



Just 1 Floor (upstairs) from left to right:

- Block 1: Kitchen and Bathroom
- Block 2 (right): Fitness / Hobby Room
- Block 4 (right): Bedroom
- Block 3 (left): Office
- Block 5 (left): Empty / Free
- Block 6: Living Room



I use the empty room as nursery for my children. Take care, your
