Continues to work with Patch 1.22 and Generations

While playing the firefighter career, I found a few areas I was having some difficulty in or just thought was a bit ridiculous.
So I made some changes to the way the game handles certain aspects and you are more than welcome to use them
and/or edit to your liking, provided you know how to edit tuning files.

First thing I edited was the time needed to complete the emergency tasks for the associated grade.
Mode - A/B/C/D (GRADE)
Easier - 240/320/400/480 TIME IN SIM MINUTES
Default - 180/240/320/400 TIME IN SIM MINUTES
Harder - 120/180/240/320 TIME IN SIM MINUTES


Second, was the deterioration of the fire engine and the alarm that you must maintain.
Easier - .5% decay per minute
Default - 1% decay per minute
Harder - 1.5% decay per minute

Handiness Maintain Rate per hour
Easier - 75%
Default - 50%
Harder - 25%


Third I made maintaining the alarm and fire engine autonomous.
I added a fun instance to prod them into maintaining the equipment without being directed.
Though this is not a guarantee they will perform the task depending on their mood or schedule.


Fourth the upgrade times for the alarm and fire engine
Alarm
Easier - 120 minutes
Default - 240 minutes
Harder - 360 minutes
Fire Engine
Easier - 30/90/180 TIME IN SIM MINUTES
Default - 60/120/240 TIME IN SIM MINUTES
Harder - 90/150/300 TIME IN SIM MINUTES

Added a 4th download which should prevent the fire engine and alarm from decaying, per request.
