Small 2 story house on 10x10 lot with a garden and patio. Designed for those with just 1 sim they want to play for awhile or just for starting out. If you intend to keep it for awhile, replacing the basic/starter furnishings will enhance the sims mood.

If you decide you dont want the garden, simply remove it and put in a workbench and shed, or carport, add your favorite skill building items, etc.

There is NO custom content used, however it does require Ambitions since the house is too small for stairs, I used The Speedy Pole.

1st Floor: Fridge, counter, stove, sink, loveseat, and tv.
2nd Floor Bedroom: single bed, dresser, desk with pc, bookshelf
2nd Floor Bathroom: sink, toilet, shower
Patio: table and 2 chairs, cheap grill, portable stereo
Garden: includes life fruit, tomato, lettuce, grapes, garlic, watermelon, bellpeppers, and onions
