This took me about a month to complete, not because it was terribly complex or architecturally grand, but because I wanted to invest some time into getting everything just right.
Wooded Retreat is a small, comfortable homestead tucked away in the mountains and surrounded by evergreens. Fit for a wealthy sim and built for an outdoorsman, this is simple luxury at its finest.
Features include: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two-story living room with stone fireplace and dramatic view, large kitchen, open dining area, master suite with walk-in closet, wrap-around deck, finished basement with laundry room, rustic garden, scenic gazebo, large swimming pool with juice bar, and barbecue pit. It costs §118,885 furnished and §63,060 unfurnished.

The garden hasn’t been used in some time, but is a prime spot for crops.

I built this home specifically for the Waterfall Way address in Sunset Valley, so the lot size is a little odd (36x47). It requires a bit of store and custom content, as noted below, if you want everything to look exactly as pictured. To make things easier, I’ve included all my own files with the upload.
