Hiya everyone - firstly, thanks to Numenor for his AnyGame Starter, allowing me to create this lot in a Base Game, No CC environment.




This grand, luxurious, large home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. All that on a 3x2 lot, and at a cost of $119,308! Your neighbours will certainly walk past under the impression that it cost a bit more! And who wouldn't want that? :p

I hope your sims enjoy living here, and most importantly, you enjoy playing your sims here - enjoy!

Reccomended...

For playability reasons, I reccomend that you remove the small borders around the plants. Not required, but will save a little bit of hastle in the long term.
