Abandoned laboratory is situated on the wasteland. Few people know of its existence. No one knows what happened few years ago, when scientists working in it suddenly died. The government closed the lab. Shortly thereafter forgotten about situation. Laboratory began to be visited by local homeless people who deposited scrap here. Soon one of theme became mad, claimed he had seen aliens. Rumors reached to the town, and adventurous sims began to visit this place.
What was stored in the lab?
The barrel is full of strange substances. Theoretically it is radioactive. But maybe this is a trick to scare curious sims. One thing is certain, the substance is dangerous.
Community have swimming pool filled with this. The risk of swimming is huge, only brave attempt to do this.
On the second floor is a staff room. You can relax on the couch, drink and eat something. Also there is a small bathroom.
You can go fishing at a nearby pond.
