Well hello there!

I'm back building with this modern style house. It's a cantilevered house on a hill and it's standing on piles. It's built out of aluminium panels in grey scale colors, and it has trusses both on top and bottom of the building, to be able to support itself. Both the trusses and the piles are made in steel, as well as the window joinery.

It's a house for a couple or a single person, and it has: 1 living room, 1 kitchen/ dining room, 1 open studio, 1 architecture studio, 1 double bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 1 dresser and 1 orchard with pond.







It's fully furnished and it has no custom content.

You need to place it on one of the lots wich have a slope.
