Mediterranean Cliff House

Inspired by the Torrox Spanish / Southwestern Buid Set by Moune999 I decided to a start a whole new Neighborhood with beaches and mountains. I love the Mediterranean look of the houses that can be build with this set but some just had to build on top - or against hills.

Unfortunately the game doesn't allow placing lots at such unleveled places so I started playing around with boatnana's Change Max Slope Value mod, which is no more than a few changes in the game's script, allowing players more flexibility and fantasy in their building aspirations.
The reason Maxis build in these restrictions is probably to prevent ugly dents in the landscape that can occur when sloping lots are removed.
Warning! This house - once removed – will distort the N'hood terrain it stood on.


So make sure you place it right there were you want it. Suggestion: Create an extra dummy N'hood, find the spot were you want to place the lot, drop it here and there as you please until you're satisfied. Mark the spot, (make a snapshot or whatever) return to your hood and place the lot at your desired location.

This house was build with the mod in the game which made it possible to make the back of the house blend in with the shape of the cliff. Especialy for this purpose plenty of space was reserved at the sides and even more so - the back of the house.
To place this lot you don't need the hack! I've tested it and it can be placed anywhere as long it has a slope of about 40-60 degrees (from street level downwards that is).

This house comes exactely as shown in the pictures, unfurnished, the garden fully dressed, wallpaper in the house etc., and apart from the Torrox Build Set there's very little CC.
