The Cliff House

This 1 bedroom modern styled home is only for Sims who are free from giddiness. It is built right on the edge of a cliff. Full glass facades and a glass floor are offering an incredible view down to the sea.
The main floor has an open plan with a kitchen, bar area, living and dining area, library and a powder room.

The lower level contains the mastersuite with bathroom and a little balcony.

There is an outside hot tub on the edge of the cliff.

The lot also offers an outside parking place for one car.

Stairs are leading all the way down to the sea.
