This Bauhaus villa was designed by the famous Danish architect Olge - the man who has put cubism into architecture!
Description:
Lot size: 4 x 4
Price: 72.096 (unfurnished)
Basement: garage (should be suited for NL driveway elements), corridor to the pool -aquarium room.
First Floor: entrance, large bathroom, livingroom with open stairs, open kitchen, spare room.
Second floor: Major bedroom with bathroom, stairway, second bedroom. In the second bedroom there’s a hole in the floor. This is caused by the work done to the swimming pool / aquarium room attachment underneath, but can be easily disguised by using this trick: Use the “boolprop SnapObjectsToGrid false” and “move_objects on” cheat at the same time, and place a 3 x 4 rug over the hole. Now you can place any item over it. Beds and bathtubs will function as usual, dressers won’t.
This house is mainly made from original Maxis elements, 100 % basegame compatible and really only needs 1 download (beams pergola) to give you the rough appearance as shown in the pictures.

*Edited 12 october 2007* Garden rocks by Nengi65
Nengi65 is back, with a new website! She completely redone the garden rocks-set and I've replaced them in this download. You can get it here:

Recolourable Wooden modular stairs, by Numenor
http://www.modthesims2.com/showthre...ighlight=stairs
The holy smoke and parts of the wooden modular stairs were rocoloured thanks to the amazing Numenor and others of course who provided us all of the different types to choose from.
I wasn’t quite sure who did which recolor, so I can’t specify exactly were to get the right recolour for the wooden stairs. People who have these stairs in their game will undoubtedly have the right type installed already.
*Edited I found the origin of the recolor -used for the white steps - being: Patty3428_Numenor_Deckstairs_whitewood. It apeared to be an older alias for Negi65(!!!) and is no longer available. To make things easier I've include it separately in the download. The choise is yours: install it and have (yet another ) white color for your modular stairs, or use one of your own recols.
A big “thanks” to every creator mentioned above for sharing his or her stuff!
And of course thanks to an unnamed Danish toy manufacturer who inspired me in making this lot
Have fun!

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

About Me
My modest contributions to the sim community can be redistributed by anyone without permission, except for paysites. No thanks or credit are necessary (I can't make you anyway, can I?) but it would make you a nice person if you did. The only real objection I have is stealing; using parts or the whole house and claiming it's yours.
