100 Redwood Pkwy - Modern house

This is a three-story modern house purposebuilt for the 100 Redwood Pkwy. Suitable for a family of four, it houses two smaller bedrooms with ensuit bathrooms and a masterbedroom on the third floor, also with an ensuit bathroom.



This is the first time that I´ve built the house after the rooms instead of first building a house and then make the room fit into it. In my opinion, it worked like a charm. The "centerpiece" of the house is the sofagroup at the fireplace. Of course, the whole design of the house is adapted to the view of that area.



Besides the three bedrooms the house also includes:
- A living area with a bar and some music
- Sperated diningarea with stunning view of the bay
- A TV / Activity room
- A terrace
- And a small open officearea

The whole house is pushed to the left (seen from the street). This is due to make the most of the view without cutting down trees on the city´s land . This means that there are some "dead" area wich can be converted to a garage or whatever suits you.




PLEASE OBSERVE: Due to a problem with the roof the house is now updated (2010-02-01) and working as supposed to.

Lot size = 25 X 30

Cost furnished = 193.300
Cost unfurnished = 106.000
