Emphatic Villa

Hey,
Here's another villa, similar to the Contemporary one. It comes in both a furnished and an unfurnished version.
The furnished version requires - besides Open for Business and Apartment Life - Ikea stuff pack.

So, there are two floors with two bathrooms, one bedroom and a study (but the study can also be a bedroom, if a family moves in), a livingroom, kitchen and a diningroom. It has a pool area and a balcony as well.

I made this lot based on some things I wanted to build; the bedroom+balcony part on the 2nd floor; the livingroom and the white hallway, which all made it kinda difficult for it to come together as a whole house. The kitchen I made in the beginning, for example, didn't work at all, so I decided to make it as the one in the Contemporary Villa.
Originally, this house was larger, but I decided to make it smaller since there was just too much space that I didn't know what to do with. And I think it turned out better like this.

UPDATE Januari 21st, 2011
The problem behind the price issue/game crashing seems to be because of incorrect requirements. Both versions also requires Apartment Life.
I apologize to all who downloading this and stumbled upon this problem. I'm thinking of making a base game version of a couple of my lots with AnyGameStarter, so in that case you can get that one instead.
