Jamie Loft Apartments

I wanted to try my hand at creating apartments and through many trials and errors, here it is! This a spacious apartment building inspired by factories that have been converted into homes and by the show Mission Hill, in which the main character and his friends live in an apartment similar to this. Your sim will share the kitchen and other amenities with other residents to foster a communal atmosphere. It also allows the apartment to be cheaper than other living options, which is perfect for a sim just starting out.







It has a full kitchen with a bar and a formal dining area,
a large bathroom,
several amenities including a laundry closet and computer access,
and a spacious "apartment" room



There are 5 NPC rooms in the building with one downstairs next your sim's room and the other 4 on the upper level. Since there are only NPC living on the second level, there is little reason to venture up there.

If you want to expand your sim's room or do some major reorganizing, turn on testingcheastsenabled and turn rbbb off and renovate away! Just make sure you turn everything back off when youre done!
