As this is such a big lot with many many details, I uploaded additional pictures to Photobucket. If you wish to see some sim view pictures of the lot before desiding if you want to download it, i suggest you check out the pictures there

CC used, not included:
Simple Column
by Funbruk
Axle Dining set
by Flabaliki
Cottage-, Arcan- and Classic curtains, all three sets used
by Frances at The Sims Design Avenue

Lot size and prize:
30x30
68696 Furnished
12504 Unfurnished

Game requirements:
Built with patch 6.0.81, you need same or higher
You need Base game, Ambitions and Late Night to use this lot.

I playtested this lot for quite a bit, to see how it works. In first 20 minutes there were about 20 npc-sims living in the black apartment. They used communal areas just like they would be in a communitylot, so I think I can say, it worked good

Additional Credits:
All the creators of CC I used
#create for feedback and place to be
Bakafox for constant support and feedback
Tom for the tissues (told you I was gonna credit you for those, didn't I?? ) and for keeping me sane.
Delphy for CUSTARD
HugeLunatic for making the mailbox and trash-shute buyable

Sorry If I forgot someone special, I showed this lot to so many persons while making it. Thanks for all who took part in the process by any way!!
