The Little Beach Shack

This weathered little shack, with its small footprint and low price, is perfect for the single sim who wishes to lead a simple life by the beach. It comes fully albeit cheaply furnished with all the amenities, including a washing machine and clothesline, a small spot for a garden by the side of the shack, a little deck at the front, and even a bike stand (with bike!). Your loner or eco-friendly sims will love it, as will any sim just starting out who needs something livable but budget-friendly.

The exterior of the lot has seen better days, with its weathered wood and rusted metal. Landscaping consists of sand, dirt, brambles and rocks. The inside, however, is much cleaner and nicer, decked out in pale blues and whites as befitting a little beach house. There is very little in the way of decoration, so your sims can add what they please.

This lot has been fully tested for routing, so there is a minimum of stomping tantrums. Pictures below (sim not included). Built on a 15x10 lot.
