It's old, it's little and it's a shack. May I present you, the Old Little Shack!

This is a shack which once belonged to an old little lady. Since the old lady died it's been abandoned for over thirty years.
When you have a sim who's kinda broke, you may want to consider buying this little shack. Just enough space for one sim, with all the facilities your sim needs.

Inside the shack you can find a bed, a kitchen, a sittingarea and a bathroom. It's very tiny, but you can expand it.
Outside is a creepy garden. Including a little pond.

Information about the house:
- The house is built on a 15x10 lot
- The price furnished is 11.256
- The price unfurnished is 9.371
- The expansionpacks you will need are AM, WA and LN.

CC list (file not included):
- Corrugated Roof by QBUILDERZ

I hope you all like it and please comment!
Thank you!

~~NOTE: I uploaded a version with fog, but you can remove this by going to Buy or Build Menu and delete the blue ball on the left side of the lot!
