It's old, it's little and it's a shack. May I present you, the Old Little Shack!

This is a shack which once belonged to an old little lady. Since the old lady died it's been abandoned for over thirty years.
When you have a sim who's kinda broke, you may want to consider buying this little shack. Just enough space for one sim, with all the facilities your sim needs.



Inside the shack you can find a bed, a kitchen, a sittingarea and a bathroom. It's very tiny, but you can expand it.
Outside is a creepy garden. Including a little pond.
