This house was built for a 12 part series. It documents every single decision made in this lot, and shows everything I did in real time, which took about 8 hours 40 minutes in total. The construction of this house originally started back in March of this year. Incidentally it has taken me all the way up till August to complete. Of course, as mentioned before, in reality it was only just below 9 hours, but the number and length of breaks I took were quite large :P

This lot is aimed for a rich family that wants a fairly contemporary home that is designed to be placed near the beach. The actual lot size is 40x38, but will fit very comfortably in a 40x40 with no issues.

Lastly, sorry about all the expansions and stuff packs required. I probably did not use all of them, but I am not sure which packs the content comes from, so I had to check all of them.
