This converted industrial loft-style home is perfect for those artistic or modern sims out there. With two bedrooms, one bathroom, and plenty of space to expand, your urban sims can easily start a family here or live with a group of roommates. The possibilities are endless!

This house comes with fixed furnishings, a phone, and fire and burglar alarms. The downstairs is unfurnished and has a "warehouse" feel. You could easily use the space for more bedrooms, a game room, more bathrooms, even a second kitchen, depending upon the needs of your sims. Though the yard is spare in back (what factory has a backyard, after all), you can easily build onto it and there is plenty of space for a patio or pool area, or an "urban playground" if you have AL.

Though this house is just out of the range of a starter, it's still fairly cheap. It is also custom content free. Go crazy!
