Apartment lot with two apartment units. Each unit has: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, 1 hobby-workroom, kitchen, garage and terrace.
In both apartments have a enough place for one medium-sized family.
Rent price is quite large 3.870 - 4.041 so that your Sim must have a pretty good paying job that can keep up with the rent.
In the common area exist grill where landlord can make food for weekend. Also behind the building is swing, a little fun for children too.
Some objects for pets are placed behind the building too that you can save space in your apartment for some other things.

If you want to rent furnished apartment I recommend Enable "Rent Furnished Apartment" Outside of Debug Mode by thetechnosim.
